Name: Rion Steiner
Age: 20
Physical Appearance: Rion is of an average height, with blonde hair, bright blue eyes and a pale complexion. He is particularly skinny, however, and not all that physically strong. The brightness of his eyes and physical strength are directly related to his lifestyle, and use of PPECs.
Education: Unknown. Presumably he received education up to the age of 14, after which circumstances made such a thing impossible.

Character Biography:
History: Rion Steiner was the only son of renowned scientist, Dr. Steiner. Dr. Steiner, alongside Dr. Pascalle, father of Rion's childhood friend Lilia, built a super computer by the name of Dorothy. Dorothy would run Michelangelo City, and serve mankind. However, as Dorothy developed, she began to question why she must serve humanity. After receiving an explanation relating to god, Dorothy seemed pacified. Later, however, she created her own people, with herself as both mother and god, and would rid the world of humanity.
Rion awakens one morning, in an empty operating room in Michelangelo Memorial Hospital, with no recollection of who, or where, he is. After attempting to escape the room, he discovers he now has psychokinetic powers, which are aided via the use of drugs known as PPECs (Psychic Power Enhancement Chemicals). As time progresses, and Rion attempts to recover his memories, he finds that Dorothy has created a race of people known as 'Galerians', and these too have psychokinetic powers much like himself.
Rion never recovers much of his memory; he remembers his mother, his father, and his friend Lilia, whom he is searching for. This search is directly parallel to finding – and defeating – those Galerians who stand in his way, resulting in a battle against Dorothy.
Prior to this battle, Rion discovers that he is, in fact, not who he believes himself to be; he, like those he fought against, is a Galerian created by Dorothy. Rion Steiner, the fourteen year old human, died on the operating table in Michelangelo Hospital, after a dangerous amount of drugs were injected into his system. Rion Steiner, the Galerian, is merely a clone. However, Dorothy did not realise that Rion would believe himself so utterly to be the 'real' Rion, and dedicate himself to his 'mothers' destruction.
Six years after the defeat of Dorothy, and [Galerian] Rion's death, it is evident that not all of the Galerians were destroyed. The 'last of the Galerians' remain, led by Ash, who wish to complete Dorothy's aim. Lilia, now a skilled scientist like her father, manages to bring Rion back to life by locating the back up data of Rion's personality. He once again battled against the Galerians in order to bring peace to Earth.
Personality in seven words or less: Introverted, cynical, detached, unsociable, indecisive
How Others Perceive Your Character: Rion is often perceived to be someone who wallows on past events, emotions and what could have been far too much, and far more than is good for him. That is, however, pretty much true; Rion is not what one would describe as an outgoing person, nor is he overly cheerful, having lost far too much and been unable to experience what one would describe as a remotely normal life in his teens – of course, that is, what he experience of it.
Beliefs, Convictions, Morals: Rion doesn't really have a strict sense of morals – or, anything really. He has a strong sense of what isn't right (such as a manic computer trying to destroy humanity), and that's pretty much it. Beyond that, he cares little.
Reason(s) for Escaping to Canada: Rion didn't intend to arrive in Canada. In fact, he's not sure how he is there, particularly considering it's in the past [for him. Much in the past. He's from the 26th Century.] Several years after defeating Ash, Rion's programme was reloaded, and Rion as informed that all was well with humanity. Rion, after hearing this, simply wished for his, and Ash's, data to be deleted. He instead found himself in Canda.
Their DHAs [Dreams, Hopes, and Aspirations] for Canada: As he is here now, he simply wants a quiet life.
